2 lbs liver
4 eggs
2 to 3 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup black strap molasses
1 cup wheat germ
5 cups flour (rye or rice)
Put liver, garlic, eggs and molasses in the blender and mix. In a large
bowl, mix flour and wheat germ. Add the liver mixture to the flour mixture.
Spread in a greased pan (I use a rectangular cookie sheet with about a 1/2 to
1 inch lip on it) Cook at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. It makes a lot, but I
just cut it into pieces and freeze some of it. I keep it refrigerated until
I'm going to use it. The dogs absolutely love it!!
