1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup natural peanut butter (creamy)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup skim milk

Combine all wet ingredients and slowly add dry ingredients. Make a dough and knead for about two minutes. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. Roll out dough ON a greased cookie sheet to about 1/2". With a pizza cutter, run through the spread dough to make the size squares you want.

Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes, then shut off the heat and let cool in the oven overnight, this makes them crunchy. Store in an air tight container.

The only thing I would warn you about with this recipe is the cooking time. I don't cook mine as long because I roll them thinner and the edges start to burn. I also didn't leave them in the oven overnight and they were fine.
